Since 1983, Russell Bedford has been responsible for connecting professionals around the world in support of international business expansion. Long-term relationships are built on trust, leading to the generation of new opportunities and it is clear that right now the network’s future has never been more exciting.

Over the past year, we have introduced a number of initiatives to encourage business development. It is with much delight to announce the results of our annual Referral Analysis, revealing that the revenue from work referred between firms has increased by an incredible 35%.

However; it is not all about increased numbers. We need to ensure that the quality of services provided is first class.

So, what better way to prove quality than directly asking the people receiving the services?

This is why we requested our member firms seek feedback from their clients.
