Russell Bedford member TCA expands into Angola

Tocha, Chaves & Associados (TCA), Russell Bedford's member firm in Lisbon, has announced a strategic move into southern Africa through the establishment of an associated practice in Portuguese-speaking Angola.

Based in the capital, Luanda, the newly-launched full-service practice, RBA - Auditores & Consultores, Lda., is jointly owned by TCA and its local partners.

The local team is led by Carlos Florêncio, a tax and legal specialist. Support from Lisbon is being provided under the direction of TCA partner Rui Glória.

RBA will focus on providing accounting, audit, tax consulting and business advisory services, assisting in particular the inward investors being attracted by the significant opportunities in the growing Angolan economy.
