Russell Bedford International welcomes Russell Bedford FINCAP in Seychelles

Russell Bedford International is pleased to welcome Russell Bedford FINCAP as the newest member of its global network in Seychelles, further strengthening the network’s presence in the region.

The expansion builds on an established relationship with FINCAP Advisers Ltd in Cyprus, an existing Russell Bedford member firm. With around a decade of experience working with regulated entities in Seychelles, FINCAP brings strong local market knowledge and an established track record in the jurisdiction.

The new Russell Bedford FINCAP presence comprises two entities: FINCAP Advisers, a partnership providing audit services (currently in the process of being renamed Russell Bedford FINCAP (SC)), and FINCAP Advisers Ltd, which provides accounting and tax services (in the process of being renamed Russell Bedford FINCAP (SC) Ltd).

Together, they will combine local expertise with the wider FINCAP Group’s experience across financial services, technology, fintech and other regulated sectors, creating new opportunities to support both regulated and non-regulated businesses in Seychelles.

The firm is led by Demetris A. Tsingis and Angelos Theodorou, who bring extensive experience across audit, accounting, tax, advisory and financial services.

Demetris founded FINCAP Advisers in 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with a background spanning private equity, M&A, banking, regulatory advisory, financial trading digital platforms strategy and corporate finance.

Angelos leads FINCAP’s audit and assurance services and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant. He has more than 20 years of experience in the profession, including previous senior roles within both Big Four and mid-tier firms, and specialises in audit and assurance, regulatory financial reporting, tax compliance and business advisory.
