Atlanta member William Benator & Libby receives excellence awards

Williams Benator & Libby, LLP, Russell Bedford's Atlanta member, is one of only seven winners of INSIDE Public Accounting's (IPA) inaugural Excellence in Firm Culture award. In addition, Accounting Today has named WBL one of the Top 100 Best Accounting Firms to Work For in the United States for the seventh consecutive year.

This is the first year IPA has evaluated and given awards to CPA firms based on the culture they create. Approximately 2,000 staff members at firms across the U.S. completed the 2019 Excellence in Firm Culture Assessment. IPA analyzed responses to its Assessment using 12 core qualities and also considered the firms’ employee Net Promoter Scores to determine the winners. The 12 core qualities are: Agility; Alignment; Collaboration; Customer Centricity; Empowerment; Engagement; Growth Development; Innovation; Quality; Recognition and Rewards; Trust and Integrity, and Work-life Balance. Excellence in Firm Culture award winners achieved at least 75% of the total possible score in the combined 12 core culture qualities as well as a minimum of 75% of the total possible employee Net Promoter Score.

Accounting Today also surveys firms throughout the United States each year, evaluating workplace policies and systems as well as surveying employees. Employee feedback is weighted to make up 75% of each firm's score. WBL has been included in the top 100 firms each year since they began participating in the national evaluation in 2013.
