Success at Russell Bedford continues with the announcement of our third new member firm in less than a month! I am thrilled to report our presence in Spain has now expanded to six locations with the recruitment of our latest firm in Malaga, which I welcome very much into our network. Russell Bedford has now recruited 15 new members in 2017.
But... it's not all about quantity and numbers; it is important to ensure we have the right firms, with shared ethos, attitude, and ambition, as well as (of utmost importance) QUALITY. This is why our recruitment process is very rigid and, in the short period I have been CEO, we have also had to reject several applications and enquiries for membership because they are simply not up to the Russell Bedford standard.
