Celebrate your successes... especially when helping others!

If you’re a perfectionist, you probably take more account of 1 negative comment than 99 comments of praise and congratulations.

Why do we do that? No one is perfect. Everyone has differing opinions. And so we should take all the positive feedback and allow that to continually drive you, whilst listening only to constructive criticism which can be used to help you improve.

However, sometimes we tend to focus too much on the negative. Take a step back now and again, look at yourself in the mirror, and remember all the great things you have achieved and fantastic comments people make about you and your efforts!

This is exactly what we’ve just done at Russell Bedford (apart from the ‘looking in the mirror’ bit!) and leads very nicely to a collation of fantastic feedback we have put together, from clients who have been serviced around the globe by our international network HERE

PLUS, our annual referral analysis is now complete and I am delighted to announce revenue from work referred between firms has increased by an incredible 35%!

We are extremely proud to be achieving so much and taking so many businesses further, on their international journeys.
