Russell Bedford appoints Best Audit LLC as full member firm in Azerbaijan

The firm is based in the capital Baku and was established in 2011 by partners and managers coming out of two local Big Four firms. Best Audit joined Russell Bedford International as a correspondent in July 2012.

Best Audit's primary focus is on audit work (IFRS) and they also provide tax consulting and accounting services. Their clients are mainly in the banking, leasing, services, sales, oil and construction sectors.

The firm currently has three partners -- Anar Guliyev, Asif Shamilov and Ehliman Beydullayev -- and is licensed by the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
