Face to face meetings

One cannot undervalue the importance of face to face meetings; whether that be with employees, clients or members.
In this case, my visit to Russell Bedford firm in Singapore, as part of a trip around Asia, prior to our APAC meeting in Bangkok, was made ever so more worthwhile by the warm welcome I received, and sense of gratitude and pleasure to see me, by the management team.
A short yet most productive visit was greatly beneficial; listening and learning about the local practice and its current business challenges; whilst talking about my plans for development at Russell Bedford International and how, in turn, we can help with their growth and progress in Singapore.
It is just a shame I am not able to visit all 100 wonderful countries in my first year as CEO, where our fabulous Russell Bedford firms are located.
I do however look forward to another productive meeting as I fly later today to visit the Russell Bedford office in Hanoi; continuing my trip around Asia, getting to know our firms and ensuring we are doing all we can to add even greater value to their practices through their membership of our international network.
