Stephen Hamlet was recruited as Russell Bedford International’s CEO in May 2017. With twenty years’ experience in professional services, Stephen moved rapidly into business development roles with increasing responsibility, building a track record in re-energising, enhancing and expanding global membership organisations.
Having previously held leadership positions at international accounting associations over the past 10 years, Stephen’s expertise in developing international groups on a global scale, with proven skills in building international relationships, consolidating membership in key business locations, and creating an expanding range of practical benefits and service offerings, helps encourage and facilitate the generation of new business opportunities for member firms.
Stephen is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having trained and qualified with a Top 20 accounting firm in London, after graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in Law.
As Chief Executive, Stephen assumes responsibility for developing Russell Bedford on a global scale, including maximising membership benefits, focusing on strengthening the network, at the same time as maintaining its high reputation of quality. Stephen provides strategic direction to the International Board, applying leadership and communicating with various cultures, engaging with existing member firms across several countries. In facilitating cross-border cooperation, in addition to ensuring Russell Bedford continues to expand by acquiring additional quality firms throughout the world, Stephen assists the network in increasing commerce for members' clients.
Stephen is passionate about music, travelling and keeping fit.
Bill Rucci is founding partner and president of Rucci, Bardaro & Falzone P.C., focusing his practice on business, tax, and financial planning strategies for closely held and public companies as well as for high net worth individuals and executives.
With strong attention to detail, Bill works closely with his clients to help guide successful outcomes in all aspects of their business planning and operations. He has authored many articles and has presented numerous seminars, nationally and internationally, on US tax law and business planning. He has also appeared on national television as a regular guest on CNN’s financial news channel "Tax Break."
Bill founded the firm in 1985 at the age of twenty-six. He and his partners have grown the firm so that it now is listed on the Boston Business Journal Book of Lists in the top 50 accounting firms in the Boston area. Prior to founding RBF, he spent time in both public accounting and private industry. He received his B.S. in Accountancy and his M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.
